Cannons FC is Celina's premier youth soccer club — dedicated to identifying and developing the best talent in the North Texas region. We run one elite squad per age group, selected purely on merit.

The Program

Age Groups

Three phases, twelve teams — U6 through U18. Each phase has a distinct focus designed to build on the one before it.

First touches, love of the game, individual ball play. 4v4 format.

Under 7 · 1st Grade
Coordination, ball mastery, gambeta. 4v4 competitive play begins.

Rondo introduction, passing technique, small-sided game awareness.

7v7 format, team shape introduction, first competitive league play.

El Rondo — Daily
Keep-away circles at every age, every session. Develops first touch, decision speed, and competitive intensity simultaneously. Never optional.

El Triángulo
Every player always has two passing options. The geometric foundation of our combination play — taught from U9, mastered by U18.

One playing style for all 12 teams. A U7 player learns the same shape the U18 team uses. System is internalized over years, not days.

Mid-game freeze coaching. Coaches explain tactical situations while players experience them physically — far more effective than a whiteboard.
